They typically need employees who are ready to join/collaborate in global teams, able to negotiate with companies from abroad, and of course, I am able to understand and comprehend technical documents or business contracts, most of which are written in English. By becoming fluent in English, I feel like I have removed one of the biggest obstacles to obtaining much better career opportunities and, of course, a higher salary
